These terms govern your use of Build-to-Visa services provided by AltPad Global.

Last updated: April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Build-to-Visa platform and services provided by AltPad Global, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Your continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of any updates to these terms. These terms govern your use of Build-to-Visa services provided by AltPad Global.

2. Description of Services

Build-to-Visa provides strategic preparation, dossier support, and founder mobility advisory. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice or handle legal filings. We do not guarantee visa approval. Outcomes depend on evaluation panels, policy conditions, and client execution. Our services cover founder and startup visa routes only. Not employment visas, family visas, student visas, or other immigration categories. All services are delivered as described in the applicable service agreement.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. AltPad Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Payment Terms

Starter Call and Fit & Discovery sessions are offered at fixed pricing as published on the platform. All other services are priced through custom agreements following an initial consultation. Starter Call and Fit & Discovery engagements are non-refundable; however, the investment is credited toward a higher-tier service if you choose to continue with us. For all other offerings, you receive a terms and conditions contract that includes a flexible refund policy based on where you stand with your program and deliverables timeline. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

5. Intellectual Property

AltPad Global retains all intellectual property rights in its methodology, frameworks, tools, and platform content. You retain full ownership of all deliverables created during your engagement — including your MVP, business plan, dossier, and any materials built specifically for you. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from AltPad Global's proprietary methodologies or platform content without express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AltPad Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Outcomes depend on evaluation panels, policy conditions, and client execution — factors outside our control.

7. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Build-to-Visa does not guarantee visa approval. No one can ethically guarantee a visa. Outcomes depend on evaluation panels, policy conditions, and client execution. We guarantee the quality of preparation and the strategic rigor of your dossier. We build fallback routes into every engagement so that you are never left without options. The platform and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, beyond those explicitly stated in your service agreement.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of the platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If negotiation does not resolve the dispute within 30 days, the parties agree to pursue mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. Governing law and formal dispute resolution mechanisms will be specified in your individual service agreement as reviewed by legal counsel.

9. Changes to Terms

AltPad Global reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the platform or by email. Your continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this page.

10. Contact Us

For questions about these terms, please contact us through the form on our contact page or by email. We will respond to all inquiries within a reasonable timeframe. For questions specifically about service agreements, refund policies, or your engagement terms, please reference your individual contract or contact your AltPad advisor directly.

Frequently Asked Questions

No — AltPad Global is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation, immigration advice, or visa filings. Our role is to prepare the strategic and operational substance of your case: the venture, the evidence trail, and the dossier that immigration reviewers and counsel evaluate. For legal representation, you engage qualified counsel of your choosing in the destination country; we work alongside your lawyer rather than replacing them.

No, and no credible advisor can. Visa outcomes are decided by independent evaluation panels and shaped by policy conditions that sit outside any provider’s control. What we commit to is the rigor of your preparation — a defensible founder case, a measurable evidence trail, and a fully assembled dossier — together with contingency pathways designed into every engagement so that a single denial never ends your relocation plan.

Starter Call and Fit and Discovery sessions are non-refundable engagements, but the investment is credited toward a higher tier if you choose to continue with us.
